One of the founding partners of the firm, Mr. Ashish Ahuja heads the International tax, Income tax, Transfer Pricing practice, Tax Financial Planning and Business set-up services besides being involved in the other services of the firm, such as Project Financing & PE Funding services. Mr. Ashish Ahuja is also responsible for handling Corporate and Multinational clients across a wide range of industries.

An Indian Chartered Accountant and a Fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mr. Ashish Ahuja is a hardcore professional and is responsible for making Ahuja & Ahuja a respected name in the field of Chartered Accountancy.


Varsha Ahuja:
A Chartered Accountant and an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Mrs. Varsha Ahuja is the other founding partner of firm. At present, she is heading the Indirect tax and the Assurance practice, besides being involved in other services of firm, such as Accounting & Payroll Outsourcing services. She is also handling the Corporate and Multinational clients across various industrial domains.

Besides being an Indian Chartered Accountant she is a qualified Information Systems Auditor having acquired I.S.A (D.I.S.A.) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.

Prior to co-founding the firm, Mrs. Varsha Ahuja has worked with prominent Chartered Accountants in New Delhi in different indirect taxes and assurance services, like - Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit, Systems and Management Audit and Bank Audits.
